Yes all our charges include GST and stamp
duty.
- Does the daily rental rate include
insurance? The price includes comprehensive
insurance.
- What is the minimum age of drivers? Drivers from age of 21 are welcome to
hire our vehicles.
(Note: drivers between the age of 21 to 25
must pay a surcharge
of $20.00 per day)
- What licence do you accept? We accept full current Australian and
overseas licences.
- What size bus can I drive with my
normal licence? 12-seater bus is the maximum you can
drive with your normal licence.
- What licence is required for more than
12-seater bus? A heavy vehicle driver licence is
required for any more than
12-seater bus.
- Can we tow trailers with your buses? Yes, all our buses come with tow-bars.
- Do you have luggage trailer for hire? Yes, we have 2 sizes of luggage trailers
6x4x4 and 8x5x5
- Do you provide baby seats? Yes, we do have baby seats for hire
($5.00 per day)
- Do vehicle have automatic transmission? 12-seater buses come manual or
automatic. More than 12-seater buses are
manual
- What does happen if the vehicle
breakdown? All our vehicles are covered 24hours
7days with RACV roadside assistance
- How much payment is required on vehicle
pic up? The full rental fees is payable at time
of pick up.
- How do I pay for the rental? We accept all major credit cards, money
transfers and cheques as well as cash
transactions.
- Do I have to pay any bond? A credit card authorisation form is
taken for the bond.
